We are not afraid
I don't need to tell you what happened today, I'm sure that you all know by now about the attack on central London. I have a message for you:
Do Not Panic
That is the desire of every terrorist leader in the world, for us to panic and become weak. After this attack we must do what many in America (and 1930s Germany) failed to do. We must keep a leash on our leaders. We must not allow them to use this attack as an excuse to create a Police State in Britain. It has already been happening in America but it must not be allowed to happen here. We have got off lightly, 33 dead is very low and the terrorists are likely to move on, having hit Britain, and not continue to attack us.
Also, we must cease our attacks on their nations, instead we must talk with them. Dialogue has solved the Irish problem, the old enemy has been replaced by a new one, let us get it right first time, rather than fight for years before realising that it is the wrong way.
Remember, we lived with the IRA for almost a century and we survived. We must let the terrorists know:

Very wise words. Dialogue can heal rifts better than years of fighting the wrong war. No panic. No fear.
Your words are wise and my prayers are with you guys.
How about this: we go over to Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran or Israel or wherever the fuck it is that these people are coming from and we kick their arses.
Who gives a fuck if we panic. I'm going to panic. You should too.
If we panic, they win. If we go over to their country (who says that their country is to blame anyway?) there will be massive loss of life (loof at Afghanistan and Iraq) and they will hate us more.
How about we don't kill people?
How about we take no prisoners. We kill all the people from the other countries - soldiers, men, women, children, babies, pensioners - everyone.
Not a war - an extermination.

i was just looking at my comments and noticed that somebody other than heather commented, so i decided to come check out your blog. very nice. you sound like you have some common sense. i like that. :)
Anon...are you being serious? If you are, I am scared. I am scared that there are people like you around, all your tactics would do would be to increase the horror of the situation. CJM, good post.
